It all started in the Stobey’s😊. A small but tidy pizzeria at the corner of busy Wellington street facing towards a big church like seeking it’s blessing by bending humbly in front of it. There were we! Looking at each other. I suppose,it was looking at me🙄. I had heard so many bad things about it. Not many people like it. And yes!because it falls into ‘particular’ category it already carrying a bad reputation😏. I too assumed so like a common person who trusts the people around him/her. But a small part of my mind was telling me, ‘that’s not fair,at least give it a chance.’ In the game of “should I or should not”,the last petal of ‘I should!’ won the game. And believe me it takes the courage. The feeling was great. I felt like I have really grown. Stale thoughts were peeling off my mind. I felt rejuvenated. Now comes the big thing, convincing others after you found contentment with yourself. I am not really good with convincing. So I stopped where ‘I should!’😇.
I am not even thinking about convincing you, just one request.. Try this recipe and may be some of you who don’t like “broccoli” can learn to love it. Exactly like I did, sitting in the stobey’s pizzeria eating a pizza with “broccoli” topping, savoring each bite. After that day, I bought broccoli and used it in various combinations I can think of. How can I stay away from my momos love! I made these steamed momos with broccoli feeling. Who says you can not love two things equally??!! I definitely do🙂. And also,I always talk about momos but did not give the recipe yet. How rude of me! So here it is.
